JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the general guidance of the Managing Partners, the Customer Operations Manager will manage customer relationships from a technical support perspective and ensure customer satisfaction meets Lepton’s quality goals. The position will include Program Management work and travel to customer sites both CONUS and OCONUS.PLEASE NOTE: US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED Green Card and Visa holders are not eligible for this position due to Security Clearance requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Manage after-sales customer satisfaction for all Lepton customers;
  • Provide Tier 1-2 support to customers for support requests when necessary;
  • Provide Program Management for customers requiring ongoing reporting and deliverables;
  • Assist with satellite solutions architecture based on knowledge of current network saturation and performance;
  • Support troubleshooting of end-user technical issues when necessary;
  • Provide escalated technical support to customers and act as exterior-facing manager;
  • Oversee subcontractors with on-site installations and preventative maintenance visits;
  • Other related duties as may be assigned, particularly in support of Operations Department;
  • Serve as Deputy FSO.

TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 Years Experience in Satellite Network Operations or Equivalent Education;
  • iDirect experience highly preferred;
  • Cisco Networking/IP Experience Required;
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines for special projects;
  • Ability to think clearly and problem solve in a high-stress environment a must;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to explain complex subject matter in simple but accurate terms;
  • Must be proactive, a team player, and possess a can-do attitude;
  • Must have a flexible schedule to provide technical support help;
  • Must be able to obtain a US government clearance;
  • The individual must also meet suitability standards that may be reviewed on a case by case basis including but not limited to: Foreign National relationships, criminal and credit history, and other events which may require mitigation for attaining additional clearances;
  • Must be able to travel internationally and have current Passport.
